STATEMENT OF FAITH
We firmly believe:
- That Jesus Christ is the Son of God and that He was crucified, died, and was buried. On the third day, He rose from the dead and later ascended into heaven, where He remains at the right hand of God Almighty.
- That after death, eternal life continues either in heaven or hell, based on your decision to make Jesus Christ your Lord and Savior. That when the Rapture occurs, the dead in Christ will rise first, and then those who are alive and remain (those who have accepted Jesus as their Lord and Savior) will be caught up to meet Him in the air.
- We are committed to preach / teach the Gospel of the Kingdom in a clear understandable way, consistently declaring all its principles, statutes and ordinances. We endeavor to encourage a sound knowledge of the Word of God and are committed to living by it, to displace error and falsehood by declaring truth. 1 Tim. 4: 6-16.
- We believe the baptism of the Holy Spirit gives power for service, enhances the sanctification of the believer, and is essential for every believer. Tongues, which are also a gift of the spirit, are initial evidence of this baptism. Acts 1: 4-8; 2: 4; Acts 15: 8.
- We believe in the manifestation of the gifts of the Holy Spirit for the edification and effectiveness of service, encouraging personal growth by developing and empowering our people. 1 Corinthians 12: 1-31; Ephesians 4: 11-13.
- In divine Healing and Deliverance, laying hands on the sick, anointing of oil for the restoration of health to those who believe and act on the truths written in God’s Word. We further believe that Jesus is our Healer, and that by His stripes, we are already healed. We believe in deliverance, binding, loosing, and casting out of unclean spirits in Jesus name. Acts 10: 38; Mk. 11: 23–24; Heb. 13: 8; Mark 5.
- Tithes and offerings should be freely given to your local Church.
- That the local Church is the place of membership where God has called you to receive His Word on a consistent basis and to grow spiritually into mature believers so that you can become fishers of men.
- In giving alms to the poor, sick, homeless, and others in despair.
